MS300 Table Saw

The MS300 is a sturdy, precise, and easy-to-operate table saw. This small-sized machine fits well in any carpentry workshop. Its cast iron work table and wide sliding feed table help achieve high precision and consistency in cutting. Stability of work and damping of vibration are guaranteed by a solid cast iron base on which the sliding table is set. The sliding table runs on steel ball bearings for very easy material feeding. Another advantage of the MS300 is the smooth adjustment of cutting height, including a 45-degree blade tilting capability.

The table saw features two guide bars for easy handling of the material while cutting: a parallel board fence and a perpendicular sliding fence for adjusting the sawing angle, which can be used on both sides of the table. The operator’s safety while cutting is guaranteed by a blade guard, placed on the riving knife. The blade guard can be moved up and down for adjustment.

To expand the work surface for the material, the sliding table can be extended with a side shelf measuring 500 mm x 360 mm, and the work table can be extended by 520 mm. Additionally, the MS300 can be equipped with an optional extension of the work table measuring 900 mm x 440 mm, which helps to cut larger materials.

The table saw features a standard 3 kW electric motor and a circular saw blade with a 315 mm diameter. The saw blade should be selected from the Wood-Mizer TOOLS catalogue, according to the specification of the processed material. With the rotation speed of the saw blade at 6000 RPM, the surface finish of the final product is smooth and of high aesthetic quality.

The MS300 features two sawdust collection ports: a 60 mm port located on the blade guard and a 100 mm port on the machine body. These ports effectively remove sawdust from around the working blade, helping to keep the workspace clean. For optimal dust extraction, we recommend using one of the extraction systems from our product range.

The MS300 can cut wooden elements at a 90-degree angle and up to a maximum height of 100 mm. At an angle of 45 degrees, the maximum material thickness is reduced to 65 mm.

The table saw can be equipped with extra accessories, allowing for easier work on the machine. One of the most useful accessories for the machine is a centrifugal clamp, which helps block and release the material quickly onto the sliding table to prevent the material from moving accidentally.
